This article relates to version 4 of myPractice and version 5 of Bp Allied.
Snippets allow you to enter sentences or blocks of text for later use throughout the program.
To Enter a New Snippet:
- Go to SYSTEM > DATA MAINTENANCE > SNIPPETS
- Give your SNIPPET a name
- Type in the text you wish to save
- Repeat as required
- Click Apply and OK
- Right click in the field
- Select INSERT SNIPPET
- Select the "Keyword" for your Snippet from the list to insert the saved body of text
- Click Save
