V4 - How do I add my own Letter template?

Please note users of myPractice prior to Version 3 and Office 2007 / 2010 _- the default Word document has a file extension of .docx e.g. myWordDocument.docx whereas the previous versions had a file extension of .doc e.g. myWordDocument.doc. myPractice prior to Version 3 doesn't cope with docx files. So if you are using documents created in Word 2007 or 2010 then you will need to open them in Word and "Save As" a .doc file.
