V4/V5 - If I do not have software assurance, can I still receive upgrades of myPractice?

This article relates to version 4 of myPractice and version 5 of Bp Allied. 

Yes, however, you will need to purchase upgrades separately. Upgrades are typically sold at 2/3 of the current Full list price of the myPractice edition you are buying. Please contact Sales for assistance. Customers with active Software Assurance contracts receive all upgrades plus our Support service free during the life of their Software assurance contract.
