Remove the unnecessary word "False" from the Consultation summary in the print menu.
Remove the repeated word "False" from the Consultations summary in the print menu.
Only data fields where information has been inserted, or boxes that have been ticked should be included in the notes.
Having the word 'False' inserted into the summary, for data boxes that were not ticked, only gets in the way. I don't want the important data drowned out by this.
